A rare find. After an extensive search to find the best solar product for me I was put in touch with UNIfied Energy Services (thank you Utilizer for the contact). A company with exceptional customer service and great quality products was found. I was kept engaged and informed from the very beginning. Team of installers and electrician turned up at the agreed time, informed me of what was being done and then set about doing their job. Completely cleaned the area up after installation and then gave me an excellent demonstration of the app I can use to monitor usage. Excellent business to deal with, highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Unified installing our home PV system. The team were neat, on time and did a great job. They also showed us how to use the Fronius app on our phone to track how it has been generating each day. System is generating exactly what we thought. Very happy.

The sales guy is factastic, but the install not so much. Accepted the proposal more than a month ago with the promises that the install team will contact me within a week to book an install but to date radio silence. I understand that it is weather dependent which makes it hard to fix the date, but all I ask is to be contacted to verify that they have my correct information and that I am on the list even if low down on the list. Its been a month yet no contact and every time I reach out I am being placated by the false promises of you will be contacted next week.
