        They cold-call quite a lot for sales, but are not properly trained to explain what is happening to the customer (or outsourced to another country). Although I was interested in installing Solar I dont see myself ever going through with these guys.

        Constantly harassing me for sales. Get your solar panes from a more reputable source that doesn't sound like a scam.

        Solar system works fine. But as part of the solar system that you pay for, it comes with a WiFi dongle so that you can use the app to track what comes in and out of the solar system. My Wifi dongle doesn't even connect to the wifi. For something as small as a WiFi dongle, you would think it would be a super easy issue to sort out for a customer. It's literally been over a year now and I still haven't seen anyone come out to my house to assist and diagnose. Many emails written by myself requesting for help, and many more texts and calls to the sales rep that serviced me, who can't help me because his own staff can't help him. So much for post-installation assistance. Completely left in the dark for ages. It would've been 1 star, but I'll give 2 stars because Raj is a good guy trying to help, but can't.
