Daily Practise

Sally is absolutely wonderful! It can be difficult to find the right practitioner to trust with your journey, but Sally's warm, genuine, and grounded energy makes her an incredibly gifted healer and mentor. She goes above and beyond every single time, and I couldn't be more grateful that I found her. I've had lovely experiences doing Kundalini Reiki Mastery and Mindful Manifestation, and I'll be joining the Sophia Code book club as well. Would 100% recommend working with Sally in any capacity that you can!

Ive done tapping and Reiki with Sally, both of which exceeded my expectations! Tapping with Sally in sessions and post has been really transformative for me and continues to serve as a tool to help my anxiety and thoughts on certain challenging topics. Reiki was incredible, I was amazed at how physically I felt it & cant wait to go back. Sal is thorough, kind, calming and explains everything throughout. Highly recommend!

Your help until this point has obviously been integral to seeing a change in the way my daughter approaches school drop offs. No tears! And drive by! An absolute first. Your sessions have been integral to seeing a change in her willingness to deal with situations that make her nervous or scared. She has also started swimming in a group setting. A really big deal because unless they are private lessons she has not been able to participate in extracurricular activities. She was almost not going to do it, and stood behind me with tears when she saw the instructor and other kids. Suddenly a big breath and totally focused she got in the pool and started participating. Whilst its the most normal think in the world for most kids (and all my other ones) she has never been able to do this. So, on that note THANK YOU because she is a more confident child since she has been seeing you and is now enriched with more social interactions that include other kids than her cousins and siblings. Sally, you are amazing !

Booked in for a tapping session to help me through some work-related stress. Sally was warm and made me feel very comfortable as we tapped and talked through the issues. They suddenly didn't feel so big any more & it helped me to stop ruminating and realise they weren't insurmountable issues after all! I left feeling like I'd been given a big, warm hug!
