I have thoroughly enjoyed the informative, fun and transformational reiki training with Dez along with a delicious vegan lunch cooked by Dez and amazing chocolates Highly recommend !

I met Dez as a reiki healer and went to have reiki session for the back pain which was bothering me for very long time. Previously I was trained by another reiki teacher but neither the training helped me nor I felt I had really learned anything from the teacher. Therefore, I decided that I would only be the student of a teacher who would help me to get rid of the back pain. Dez has such a wonderful and strong healing energy, I have felt the connection straight away after the healing session. The back pain was gone and I did not take long to start reiki training under him. Now I feel very blessed that I have been trained by Dez and I thank him every day. It was one of the best decisions I had ever made. He is such a caring, authentic and dedicated person. He put so much energy and love in his teaching. I was so inspired by him, I continued doing each level one after another. And each class...amazing, he knows so so much and teaches everything so fluidly! He will never cease to amaze you... Practicing reiki is the most important part of my routine now. And yes, I can see, reiki brings miracles every day. I work with the children, so I do experience reiki-miracles so very often!!! No doubt, Dez's lessons have helped me to become better and more conscious person. I had covid but it lasted only for half a day...unbelievable to many for sure! Dez's teaching about using the word consciously has made me more thoughtful as well. He does not only teach reiki, he teaches the holistic aspects of life. Anytime I have asked him anything about the lesson, he has always responded at his earliest convenience. He has so many students, but my questions are always acknowledged and answered. Dez also helped to heal my uncle who had 2 strokes and a heart attack at a time. Doctors and family members were amazed upon his survival! Above all, I do strongly believe that Dez is an enlightened person. I would highly highly recommend Dez as the reiki teacher for anyone who wish to be healed from any form of pain or trauma and look for the meaning or purpose of the life. Especially, if you think, you are lost and you do not know why all your achievements have not been able to fulfil your life...a class with Dez will definitely change your life! I was definitely guided to do my Reiki training with Dez. Before I started Reiki 1 I was in a pretty dark place mentally, emotionally and was physically suffering from severe fatigue. I felt lost, stuck and confused regarding what to do next with my life. I had completed my psychology degree in 2019 and moved straight into a caseworker role wanting to make a difference in the lives of others but I found myself unable to detach from the negative situations others experienced and as a result started to see life negatively as well. Since completing both Reiki 1 and 2 things have positively changed for me in all avenues of my life. I was someone who woke up most days with tiredness, anxiety and dread, but after Reiki 1 I started to wake up feeling completely energised, excited and motivated. I no longer felt the severe fatigue experienced just weeks before. During Reiki 2 training I had a major breakthrough. I became aware of an unconscious behavioural pattern that had been directing and governing my life in a negative way, I received such clarity about what I had been doing and a total understanding of why, that I broke into tears of gratitude because once I became aware of it I was finally able to let it go and set myself free. My past confusion had now turned into a clear vision of where I see myself. I am now in the process of launching my own Reiki and Mental Wellness Practice. Today I have a new found appreciation for life and for myself. Life feels more magical and exciting to me now. I feel so grateful for coming into all this new information and for Dez, his attunements and all the knowledge he shared with me throughout the course. I am so grateful for Reiki, for the clarity and the healing energy it provides, and so very grateful for Dez who has helped changed my life in a positive way through his guidance and teachings. For those who have not experienced a Forrest Yoga class, I would highly recommend you book yourself into one of Dez Dalton's Forrest Yoga classes to experience the healing benefits of Forrest Yoga for yourself via Dez's Reiki website. Over the years, I have practiced a variety of yogas and gave up on yoga simply because of injuries that I found myself sustaining during class, no matter how careful and focused I was to ensure I had the correct technique or posture, some days I would walk out of class with either a sore knee, pain in my lower back, or a sore neck etc. Forrest Yoga is like no other yoga I have ever experienced. Every time I finish one of your Forrest Yoga classes Dez I feel very strong and energized. I love how you focus on core strengthening techniques to warm the body up before we dive deep into the yoga poses combined with the breathing techniques. Forrest Yoga to me is very much a soulfully nurturing heart to mind to body connection.
