I advise you to stay away from this agent if you want to rent. Impolite and rude, I went to one of the apartment inspection in Chatswood for my best friend. First no smile, no welcome.I waited in the lobby for 5min, Im in a hurry to pick up my kids. No one come, because I owned and living in that apartment too so I went to the level 1 and rang the bell. One of lady come and keep blaming you, keep asking you didn't you see the sign. Normally agent will put a sign on the side of the pickup point but I didnt see any. When come into the door an old man doesn't even lift his head to say hellowhen you asking him, he pointed to a sign on the wall.They Let signs do all the work instead. if you didnt see them thats your fault.

Im not going to use my real name so please save yourself the "youre not in our system" comment. Avoid going through this agency, unpleasant to deal with, unwilling to help with very basic requests. Just happy to take your money and any problems that arise with the unit isn't their problem to deal with.
