As a first time landlord I was a bit uncertain how to acquire an agent. As it happened I had some friends who were looking to rent a property (much larger than mine). I asked if they had good experiences as renters with any of the agents they had been dealing with to date. They nominated Nathan Francica. Based on their recommendation I approached Nathan to be my letting agent. Seriously, I could not be more happy. He is efficient, professional, an excellent communicator and very pleasant. He has very promptly organised some excellent tenants before I have actually even left Sydney. I am heading off on my extended leave from Sydney confident that my home is in very good hands!
