My daughter had day surgery this morning. The check in and discharge process was so efficient. The beautiful staff were so kind and caring in the Peads ward. Thank you!

Ive had 2 surgeries at this hospital in the past 2 years and have only received excellent care from everyone I encountered. All staff - staff in admissions, support staff on the floor, doctors and of course the wonderful nurses do an awesome job. Thank you to everyone involved in my 2 stays at PoW Private and a special thanks to the care team in Ward 6 South for my recent stay.

Had a day surgery here. Its was a straightforward process and all staff were amazing all the way through. Facilities are modern and clean. Im glad I had my surgery there.

Is there another star ( should be). Guys you were fantastic. I come from a service industry and you were all amazing. From the time I arrived to check in (for my Spinal Fusion) the staff were informal and showed consideration. When I woke, the lovely people were not far away and explained things as each day went past. The stay was for 7days so a few others room mates came and went in that time. They updated their charts and it was a nice touch knowing who was looking after me from shift to shift. Learning the basics on walking, showering, moving again was a chalenge and with some patients (I wasn't in a rush ) the help was always there. The food was AMAZING, I posted in on facebook and many of my friends who had had hospital stays were amazed aswell . To all the different people there, I just want to say thank you , you took a dificult time for me and made it so much better then I had hoped for. Your kindness and genuine concern was uplifting.
