A Sweet way of life

Since training with Amie the strength gains have been unbelievable! I am able to do moves that I never thought Id be able to and with good form too! She has a fantastic and realistic attitude and would recommend to anyone at any level of fitness!

Amie is an amazing PT. She is great in both group and individual training. She pushes me to achieve my goals and makes me feel proud of the smallest achievements. She loves what she does and her excitement is infectious. I cant recommend Amie enough!

Amie is an absolutely amazing trainer... Hands down the best PT I have ever come across. Amie is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Her motivation and support has helped me gain confidence and achieve goals I didn't even know I could achieve. Her love and passion for what she does shines through. I cannot recommend Amie enough as a PT. She was recommended by a friend, and it's been the best thing I've done for myself. Amie has set me on track to becoming the best version of myself. She is so relatable and genuine, and wants the very best for her clients. She has really gone above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. You won't find better than Amie!

Amie is such a fun coach. She is very professional and listens to your goals and helps to achieve them with you. She goes over and beyond with messaging you to make sure you are on track. I met Amie when I joined Gym115 at the end of lockdown in 2020 and she helped me loose 10kgs for my wedding in under a year. Absolutely would recommend her.
