Dr Bernard Schick

Bernard Schick operated on my left wrist and I am super happy with the outcome. He clearly explains everything and is great to deal with. Corrine his assistant is awesome too. They make a great team.

Dr Bernard Schick performed intricate surgery on my right hand, third finger distal phalange after an unusual break/split of that bone that also severed the finger's tendon as well. He reattached the tendon and fused the bone back together with a small metal cage. (You might remember as there were a few students watching the surgery and I had sleep apneoa under anaesthetic) After top class therapy from the Sydney hand and rehabilitation centre, my hand was about 90% but I could feel the metal in my finger and wanted it removed. He reluctantly, but successfully removed it and my finger has gone back to 100% usability/strength over the years to and it feels like there was no surgery ever done on it except for some faded scars. It's been a many years since he performed the surgery but I never really thanked him. Bernard. You are a true professional in your field and I want to thank you sincerely. My Aunt, in QLD maybe could be helped out with your expertise but is very stubborn and embarrassed regarding her hand problems. I have told her about you but she just keeps suffering. Are you able to respond so I can maybe get her to talk to you?
