World Nails & Beauty

I am looking for a nice, clean nail shop within Randwick with polite nail technicians as my previous shop where go to already been closed. This is my 2nd horrible experience around the area. The staff doesn't care if you are being hurt as they squeeze my fingers too tight. This kind of shop needs to be down as they are rude, and untidy. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

This place was horrible. This was my first time trying this new salon. The ambience was dark. When l walked in, one of the workers just said 'What you want?'( not even a hello) and pointed to the chairs. I didnt know which chair. I sat down and all 4 workers at one time said, 'not that chair'. I was getting a new set of SNS French Tip. I asked for my nails to be shortened to a length so it would look nice for a oval shape. The worker cut it shorter than expected. When she started to file the nails into shape, she also filed into my skin, causing it to bleed. I pulled the finger back, she pulled it back towards her and continued filing the same finger. And when it came to putting the color for the french tip. The finger hurt and had a stinging pain. The ladies were gossiping in Vietnamese saying that l am weak. (Not knowing that l can understand some Vietnamese). I asked for a simple french tip and the lady kept wiping it off and when she wiped it off with the brush, she wiped it onto my finger. (Which you can still see in pictures below). When it came to paying, they charged me the full $60. I asked for a discount as they injured my finger and bleeding in multiple places. She said no, you should know for next time to not shape your nails this shape when they are shortened. I got furious. Paid and left. I have gotten the same nail and design at other places and for cheaper and service better.

I have had my eyebrows done here before and its been ok. I popped in to get a pedicure & I should have really walked out. The nail files are old & the rest of the equipment they use needs a refresh. Also, they cut into my toe & it sort of ruined the effect of the nail varnish as it wouldnt stop bleeding! I think they should take a bit more time & maybe soak the feet and pop the stuff on before they start cutting away skin. They do a scrub on your calves but pay little to no attention to your actual heel! Also, for $30 its pretty pricey (given the above). Bit of a shame!! Maybe theyre better at hands as its always busy.
