The girls are talented and have strong attention to detail, ensuring they provide a quality service. They also provided great customer service, which is so refreshing. I went to treat myself and my daughter to a manicure and pedicure. I had shellac by the fourth day 2 nails had chipped and started to come off so I went back on day 5 and they wanted to charge me to have their mistake fixed. This never happens at other salons so I asked for the shellac to be removed. They wanted to charge for this too. Terrible experience. Never going back! Don't waste your money $90 down the drain and horrid nails for Mothers' Day lunch! Apparently Shellac is guaranteed for only 3 days here! Services: Kids' manicures, Pedicure, Manicure

This is my favourite nail place in Sydney and Ive tried them all. Coming here 2 years and love the team at First Nails! So welcoming and never make you feel rushed. 5 star customer service! My press on shellac nails are shaped perfectly and last 3 to 4 weeks without chips or coming up on the edges, but you have to take care of them. Im constantly typing at work and cleaning at home, wearing protective gloves, and they continue to look beautiful and last long! Also love the leg and back massages you get during spa pedicures, the nice playlists they put on, and that you can charge your phone. If you want great nails, bring a few reference pics and these girls will get the job done! Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Nail cut & filing
