Staff on the reception desk were really helpful / friendly and I was seen pretty much straight away!! However, the radiographer was really rude. I was seen by an Irish girl with strawberry blonde / reddish hair who came across very cold & bossy with no manners. Got the impression she hates her job - my advice to her would be don't work in a CS industry if you don't like dealing with people!

Unfortunately left feeling dissatisfied today. I was 7 minutes late for my appointment with my newborn baby and got loudly told off by the receptionist when I made my apology. I had tried to call but was unable to get through as I was kept on hold until my arrival. Upon leaving, I requested to make a patient portal for my baby, and was told I cant do this because the baby needs to use her own email address! The sonographer was lovely, respectful and thorough, but my experience at reception means I wont be returning.

Have constantly tried calling for 3 days to make an appointment and been on hold for more than 30min without anyone answering my call, each time. I went in on the 4th day to physically make an appointment, to only be given a lame excuse that Liverpool is assisting Randwick office in answering phones. Regardless I still tried to make an appointment, not for that day, but for following week and was told to sit and wait until they were ready to make me an appointment, even though i waited in line to be served! I took my referral and left. Will not waste my time with such incompetent people.

Over the years I have always been impressed by the reception staff and the Radiologists to be very professional. After my recent visit. I found the service very disappointing.
