Zero star from me. Reception are very impatient, very rude, process focus an unreasonable. Management should change all reception staff. I was not informed in nenhum stage when booked the appointment or when check in at reception that exams would have a cost, until I was asked to pay in de end A$500, and when I questioned why I was not informed about cost previously about the cost, receptionist told me that I would need to deal with debt collectors as consequences. Please avoid getting any services with this organisation, the stress is not worth.

Had a wonderful experience again at spectrum. It was our second scan there both with Kristy and I couldnt speak more highly of her. Shes kind and experienced in pregnancy scans. Thank you

One of the worst and most distressing experiences I've ever had at an ultrasound clinic. The receptionist Kylie was rude and condescending. The blonde sonographer with glasses made unprofessional and inaccurate comments about my partner's scan. After getting the report from the doctor today - the opposite is actually true regarding the comments made. We can only assume this was done out of some personal vendetta against us.

This specific Spectrum has been really interesting for pregnant women during this whole Covid era. They have a few nice receptionists but for the most part, the older women there really shouldnt be interacting with other people. They have had constantly changing rules during Covid but what Im really confused about is how they dont accept exemptions for masks from pregnant women (why pregnant women should wear masks is another story). As medical professionals and supporting admin staff, they most definitely are across virology and surgical mask research (masks intended to prevent surgeons from having fluids splashed onto their mouths not to prevent viruses). The policy doesnt ask for an n95 mask. So I guess my confusion with the way Spectrum is currently run is threefold: 1. If they are professionals who are dedicated to helping those in need, is there room to be kinder, more delightful and more empathic? 2. If they are professionals who are concerned more with policy than science, should their medically professional opinion be questioned? And finally, 3. If they refused to scan a pregnant woman who had a mask exemption (not me) and made her cry while we all watched, because they refused to also even look at the poor womans mask exemption, can we really say these people are ok in the head? EDIT: In response to Spectrum's message below, the NSW Covid guidelines still say to accept medical exemptions for masks. So actually, they were just being silly corporate and lacking empathy.
