The therapist lied to me about the price and the number of sessions when I initially purchased the package... then their machine wasnt working, then they gave me a fake appointment where no one was there. They refused to refund me so please do not go to this unprofessional center!!!!

I signed up September 18th for the minimum 12 weeks $99 pwk i.e. for the bike which would take me to the 11th December. The I was told that the suite is now available for an extra fee $60pwk and that I could add it to my existing membership which I did on 2nd october. Then I was told my membership is now extended to the 24th December sue to the upgrade of the suite (not that I was informed that when "added the suite") and the fees have gone up from $159 to $179 per week! Today I read an email informing me to sign up for the Direct Debit and the end date will be 21 January 2021! This has turned out to be one the biggest scammed I've seen and I am getting robbed! Also I was sunburnt and as a result could not attend 1 weeks appointments. No-one told me that I should attain a medical certificate so I could postpone or use those 3 sessions on other week. Hence lost $179. DO NOT SIGN UP! One positive note is Olivia/Vivian who work in the centre are lovely and professional.
