It was not our first time buying a property but this previous experience did not assist us in any way in the current climate and after many many weeks and months of one bad experience after another trying to buy a property unsuccessfully we engaged Brendan as our Buyers Agent. We should have done this earlier! We would not have been successful in buying the property we have now if we did not have Brendan on our side. He was the X Factor we needed for success. The purchase of our property was not at all easy. Brendan's knowledge and expertise is what made it successful. He was in constant communication with us regularly by phone and text. He was always there to answer any questions we had. Brendan took the time to ask us lots of questions to get an understanding of what our requirements were and listened to what we said and acted according to us wishes. He ran through the entire process of buying with us step by step. Firstly with getting us ready for doing the first inspection, then preparing us for what the process will be like in making an offer and what to expect once he made an offer for us. He then guided us through a very tense but successful negotiation to get the right price and then the following several days waiting for the deal to be done ie contract signed. He put in 12hr+ days with us throughout this entire process. After 9pm finishes and even a 515am start on one of the days, trying to get the deal done. He consistently went above and beyond. His manner was always very calm and reassuring especially when things are not quiet going according to plan. He knew when to use humour to help diffuse a very tense situation. He is a very genuine person and cares for his clients. Thanks Brendan we would have stood no chance in getting this property without you. Cant recommend Brendan enough! We hadnt planned on engaging a buyers agent, but given market headwinds and our location being out of Sydney it made sense after a couple of months of looking to engage someone who knew the inner west market intimately and could shortlist potential properties without us having to travel to Sydney. Brendan did what he set out to do in a friendly and professional way and after a relatively short period of time we had negotiated and exchanged on a property for a price we that we think was below market and ticked all our boxes. The price you save pays for his services, no brainer! 5 stars

We found him very friendly, professional, and a great communicator. It certainly made the whole process much smoother and less stressful than it otherwise would have been. My partner and I have just settled on our first investment property after engaging Brendan as our buyers agent. Working with Brendan has been fantastic from start to finish. He was recommended to us by a friend, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to our own friends. We were overwhelmed at the prospect of entering the property market, having had no prior experience, and Brendan was able to answer every question we had and provide professional, detailed information every step of the way which took into account our own context and priorities. We ended up changing our criteria halfway through the process, and Brendan was so adaptable which we really appreciated. We ended up moving out of Sydney before finding a place, and we relied upon Brendan to inspect places on our behalf, and the portal he used to display options was super user friendly given we were on the other side of the country. The apartment we ended up settling on fits the bill completely, and with Brendans help we were able to get it at a price we were really happy with. He did all the inspections both prior to making an offer, and prior to settlement. The real estate agent who is now our property manager also commented he had never met a more thorough buyers agent than Brendan. Brendan was priceless as our buyers agent, and also just an all round great guy. Thank you Brendan!
