My partner put an offer that was accepted. We then spent $350 on solicitor fees to go over the contract which took less than 24 hours. The agent then said the property was no longer available. Complete waste of time and money.

Were so glad to have met Sami and Oktay and worked with them to manage our propertywe would give them 5 stars for their excellent service and management. The team have great communication between themselves and with us, with very quick respond times. They have helped us find tenants in the matter of only a few days. Sami and Oktay were patient with all our questions and requests of renting out my unit and the team have lots of budget suppliers to fix the curtains, showers, electricity, etc. at a quite reasonable price.
