    If only I could give 0 stars. Sizing is wacked. Customerservice is non existent. There's no return address listed and no replies to emails when you reach out for help. You do realise youre meant to list a return address? Or actually put in a link when you say via this "link". Just a response would be nice!!!!!!

    Giving one star because I can't give none, Warner deserve no stars! Ordered a vinyl three months ago and it still hasn't arrived. They won't reply to my emails and haven't sent even one email regarding the status of the order. Reading the comments below I can see its a theme. I feel a complaint to the Tribunal is in order. The poorest form, Warner! Shame!

    Have been waiting 4 months for my sister's birthday present. No communication on when and if it will arrive. Placed an order for a t-shirt which was in stock as referred to by the qty in the description. 4 months and countless unresponded to emails and phone calls later, I receive completely the wrong shirt. When I called to organise the correct shirt, I was advised I would need to return the shirt and pay postage and handling for their mistake. The customer service officer was very rude and unsympathetic to my situation. Feel like I have been scammed. I am writing this review to warn others about being scammed because it seems I will never gain a resolution.

    I originally pre-ordered a vinyl back in September with the understanding it would be released (and subsequently shipped out) on the 9th of October. The release date came and went with 0 notifications that it had either A) Been shipped or B) the shipment hadn't arrived at their warehouse, and so it would be delayed. I attempted to contact them, first with an Email (which was never responded to) and second with a phone call, only to find out the number on the website doesn't work. Thankfully it only took 2 weeks after release to be informed that the item was shipped, and it arrived a week later (thankfully it was the correct item). I believe the issue was that the shipment hadn't arrived on their end, because up until I got the shipping confirmation it was still listed as "pre-order" on the site. The experience was frustrating, but I ultimately gave them some slack because of Covid. At the beginning of November, despite previous issues, I decided to make 2 more orders, the first being two vinyls (the last of the stock), and a week later a pre-order bundle for a vinyl and CD (to be released on the 20th of November). Both got order confirmation emails, and I expected the first order to ship out fairly quickly, because it was already in stock. It has now been 2 months with no contact and neither of the orders have been shipped out. It looks like the CD part of the bundle hasn't arrived at the warehouse, which while annoying could well be out of their control. However the first order should've been sent out and arrived already. I'm going to be furious if both orders are shipped together because I payed two separate shipping fees. I would HIGHLY recommend buying merchandise elsewhere if possible. These are not isolated issues and it seems like I've gotten off easy in comparison to other stories. EDIT: I received an email on the 28th of February informing me that the LP/CD bundle had finally been shipped out. It arrived shortly thereafter with few issues. I'm still waiting for the first November order. I sent another Email to customer service enquiring why it was taking so long and was informed that they were "experiencing delays moving stock from international warehouses". Included in the Email was a contact phone number, different from the one on the Warner contact page. This whole experience has left me jaded, and I just want it to be done so I never have to think about Warner again. EDIT 2: Received a shipping confirmation email 30 minutes ago for my first November order, over 4 months since purchase, and only after I figured out the contact number on Warner's own website (MUST add +61 to the start, otherwise it will inform you the number does not exist) . Again, both items were allegedly in stock when I ordered them. FINAL EDIT: I'm writing this a couple months after recieving my last order, honestly just tried to push the whole experience out of my mind once it was finally over. Not a day or two after calling Warner and asking why I had been waiting for 4 months for items that were perportedly in stock I recieved an email letting me know the items were being shipped out. They arrived with no incident within a week, and although the items were a bit more scuffed up than I would've liked, I decided then and there that I was done with them. I will NEVER buy from Warner again in any capacity. This company does not care about the experiences of their customers. They don't even try to hide it. Whatever they're selling, it's better to buy from a different seller, even if it's more expensive. It will save you the headache.
