        I decided to spend money over gaming, bought season 5 battle pass. Obviously I bought the wrong thing, dealing with customer service the rep was the laziest and useless more than anything else. Justifying he cant do a swap to the modern warfare that I wanted in the first place because of the no refund policy. Awful customer service. P.S. they need a lot of training. People shouldnt waste their money where they cant get what they actually want.

        You lost a loyal customer. Used to buy your games for their good gameplay and story lines in campaign. Now you just want to push players to on line game and buy your season pass? Whenever your update your coldwar, warzone, pacific, my MW campaign ceases functioning and loses the data. I have spent hours to re-download all the missing packs and you keep doing this to me over and over. Feel like I bought a defected product and it requires a lot of maintenance. I will not fall again.
