The most nasty, vindictive, spiteful, and unprofessional human being I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with Edit to respond: Much more to do with the way you choose to handle the situation than the situation itself. Had a chat with the owner today. He tells me you took 2 weeks to pass on my Notice to Terminate Tenancy Agreement. If you had of done your job both the owner and myself would have been happy to continue the tenancy as we had done for the past 6 years but your ridiculous behaviour throughout this whole situation has made that impossible. Next door neighbour tells me a similar thing happened with the tenant in before me, living here for years with no problems then all of sudden you make his life hell and off he goes. It's almost as if there is some sort of financial incentive for you to keep moving people in and out.
