    This is the second property I have gone through with Sydneylinks and honestly I have no complaints any issues we have had have been sorted extremely quickly. Trish is very good at managing all of this for us, nothing ever feels like to much effort for Trish. She also found us a place when we moved back from Brisbane during the rental crisis for a very good value. I could not ask for more from someone who already goes above and beyond.

    Steer clear of this agency. I had to take them to NCAT to have bond released after they made up damage issues. Bond was returned following this investigation. I lived at the property for 5 years prior to them taking over the property as an agent with no issues. In the 9 months of them being agents I received abusive phone calls at least once a month and 2 termination notices by mail, no phone call and 'no reason given' on the notice. I only became aware of my need to vacate 7 days prior and they refused to extend time even though rent was already paid over by 1 month. I was left with needing to store my furniture and live in a hotel until i found my next property.

    I was really not amazed by the service. Finding a place in Sydney can be quite hard but I believe that this agency is making it even harder on purpose. There is no way you can have a conversation when coming to their office. They just give you a card with their website. The lady I was talking to did not even find her own card( in the office). I felt like they dont care about service. Right now I was doing my laundry, which is located right next to the agency, and I saw one of the agents(Zoe) throwing her smoking cigarette right in front of the office entrance. How can you be so careless and not even disposing it in your own office bin?

    Not the agent you can trust, they wont reveal the information that the tenant should know. We moved into the unit with electricty issues in St.Neot Ave Potts Point (I can not use more than 3 appliances in the same time, power kept cutting off ) , it took 6 months to fix this issue. Leave alone with no mobile phone reception in the unit.
