        This store gives excellent customer service and the staff are very knowledgeable . If they don't have product in stock they direct the customer to another pharmacy even taking the time to write down required product on a piece of paper so the customer knows what to request. My favourite pharmacy in Potts Point !

        A new owner has taken over several chemists in Kings Cross / Potts Point. The shelves are basically empty of most products. The staff have for months now been saying "they are waiting on a big order". Its extremely poor service not being appropriately stocked. I now go to Blakes Pharmacy, good stock, friendly staff and independent of these damn "chain" types.
