I was served by Maya whilst getting a vaccination (Maja? I apologise I am not sure how to spell her name). And she was amazing & very knowledgeable. I want to express my gratitude for her taking an extra few minutes to explain things to me and for her overall kind demeanor. Thank you for having someone like that working for you!

Worst chemist ever just went in to get my medication and rudely had my tablets incorrectly Webster packed so they then decided to throw them in the bin due to their error

If you want a demeaning, rude and passive aggressive pharmacist to get your medication at a premium price range, Blakes is the go. Head pharmacist Jen is by far the most arrogant and below average chemist Ive ever experienced. beware.

Always great service from Jen, saw her earlier today to discuss a thumb issue & receive advice .Jen is brilliant with her patience, listening, answering questions & suggesting advice. This is the only pharmacy you need to go to in our area.

Ive been a regular customer at Blakes for about 5 years. The whole team are truly wonderful. I cannot think of another independent retailer in ANY category that would match their friendliness, professionalism and going the extra mile. This might seem effusive and false, its not, Ive no conflict in endorsing them highly.
