Flynns Beach Medical Centre

I have attended this practice for a number of years and have been treated with the utmost respect by a group of very professional GPs and nurses. We received a very clear notice as to why Bulk Billing is necessary. I can understand that this is required to keep the centre running, so have no issue. We are very content with our care at this practise.

Been going for 18 years, always been bulk billed, was a lovely experience until recently. After an appt I received a bill in the mail. Which is ok but I had no warning of this fee, I rang to ask why and I was told it was up to dr Jesses discretion. What about an appt determines incurring a fee?! This should also be vocalised at first point of the appt as some people would have to save up to attend. When questioning this I was spoken to rudely and down to by someone on the phone. Extremely disappointed and I wont be attending this practice anymore!!

Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful arrogance. Obviously consider themselves a cut above the usual doctors surgery with patient health and well-being at the bottom of their priorities. Cant speak for the doctors as i couldnt get past the entrenched practice manager. ...Experienced completely the opposite treatment from Greenmeadows medical practice - I recommend you go there.
