Dr Jacques De Haan

We were referred to Dr De Haan due to our sons ear infections and speech delay. Our son is 3 and has level 3 autism. We were very nervous about this appointment. Dr De Haan has been extremely patient and caring with our son, who has now had his grommets fitted. The communication received in relation to our sons requirements has been exceptional. His receptionist / P.A. Brittany has been extremely helpful and caring. We would happily recommend Dr. De Haan to anyone needing to see ENT, especially those with children. Per: Kurtis and Amanda R

I took my 90yr old mother today to see Dr De Haan, she was very anxious before her appointment due to a previous poor experience with another Dr after seeing them and having her ears examined re her vertigo She came out smiling and feeling much better and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thanks

My experience was excellent with Dr De Haan. Firstly they went above and beyond to fit me in with a rather urgent problem, communication from reception was polite and professional, he was on-time for my appointment and was professional, calm and he explained in detail everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Also the examination was thorough and as gentle as it could be despite not being something I would like to repeat anytime soon, but he mostly sorted out my problem on the spot without needing to go back to have the procedures. The appointment wasn't rushed either. Easy access to the rooms and reasonable parking. Thanks to Dr De Haan for putting me at ease.
