I booked an appointment for FEB in person as a new patient in the beginning of JAN. I was told the doctor I wanted to see was taking new patients in the New Year. I filled out the paperwork and paid the consultation fee in January. I had been waiting for this appointment for 5 weeks. They rang me the morning of my appointment to tell me the drs books were full and it wouldn't benefit me to see her once off as she couldn't see me as a regular doctor.. Not impressed.

Try and call you get put on hold then after a number of minutes they hang up on you very unprofessional.

The reception staff are totally lost, they make an appointment for a patient yet don't confirm in their system, yet they write it down for the patient a month out. Who knows how the elderly and patients with out a phone cope especially if it is a serious illness

I went in for a check up and was told I have dementia. I don't have dementia. I was then spotted into an ambulance and shunted off to an aged care facility.

This is my regular GP and never have I had a bad experience here. All of the staff ive met have been extremely kind and helpful, they are usually very busy booked with appointments but other then that an amazing place to go.
