She helped me to better understand both iron deficiency and PCOS which I was struggling to wrap my head around and was getting so many mixed messages about from other professionals.
I found her to be very supportive of my own personal body/diet/life choices and was not at all pushy or judgemental. She gave me a range of options and I left my appointment feeling really confident in how to better support myself.
I took on board Sophies suggestions and noticed a really positive difference!
I absolutely recommend Sol Natural Health to anyone thats feeling overwhelmed by womens health and/or iron deficiency.
