Complete Being Kinesiology

The moment I met Lexi I felt very comfortable and at ease. Throughout the session Lexi explained the process of what was happening and ways to prolong the benefits. I had very stubborn complaints that was nearly 70 % gone by day two. Everything is energy therefor I feel kinesiology can benefit most people. The tuning forks is something that has to be experienced. I would recommend Lexi to family and friends.

I have been seeing Lexi every 4-6weeks for over three years since my psycologist recommended me to her for additional treatment. When people ask me what happens in a Kinesiology session, I always find it difficult to explain because I believe it is something you have to experience to realise the full benefits. I have turned up to appointments with Lexi in many different states of emotions. The three things which are always consistantly the same during my sessions with Lexi is her calm, reassuring, genuine demeanour, the deep level of relaxation I am able to achieve during the session and her spot on, intuitive diagnosis of what I need at that time. I walk away feeling connected in the present, with a deeper understanding of my present self and armed with tools to assist me in my own journey to a happier me. I highly recommend Lexi!

I love doing kinesiology with Lexi. She has a very calming nature and is very skilled at what she does. Kinesiology is such a great way to reset your energy, its taps into your body to help guide you to your healing. I highly recommend seeing Lexi either in person or online, the results are the same.

Lexi has changed my whole outlook on life and swapped my daily struggles into a healthy and positive routine. I am so much more at ease communicating with people and am finally relaxed and in control of my daily tasks. I cannot recommend Lexi highly enough, just give it a go and have an open mind, you wont even realise what needs fixing until its happening.
