Westpac has provided me with a very helpful service and great customer support in transferring my home loan, their customer service has been excellent to me, I appreciate the effort and communication.

This is by far the worst customer service in NSW no one on the counter, asked for service been told you have to wait we are on a lunch break. Record profit, no wonder no staff on. Told them to get stuffed...

Disappointed by the shockingly poor quality of customer service. I walked into the branch wanting to dealt with some account related issues of a deceased estate. The teller lady told me that I needed to book an appointment for it as shes busy and not going to sit here all day dealing with things like my request?! I wasnt told the day before by her colleague that I needed to make an appointment for things like this. So I walked away confused. Tried calling two other branches and both directed me to the voice mail. I chose not to leave a message because I was not hopeful that they would call back. I called the centralised customer service team (132032). The customer service team member informed that for a request of my kind I can just walk in and give them the death certificate, which they will photocopy and I just need to call the estate team afterwards. How appallingly poor is the customer service of the Westpac Parramatta branch!!!!
