Had an appointment today 1st may arrived at 11:25 and my fianc went in and told them that I was here because I have flu like symptoms. They told him that it wont be long until Im seen. It then come to 12:10 he went back in and asked how long the wait is and he spoke to either Faye or Kay and she was absolutely rude to him. He asked a simple question how long is the wait because I had an appointment at 11:30 and her response was I dont know around 2-3. I think you need to speak to her about her customer service because today was shocking thats not good customer service.

Thank you to Dr Joe McRae and the team at Anson St Medical. I walked in during the holiday season with a deep cut requesting a Tetanus shot, and Dr Joe McRae kindly insisted I be taken care of although I did not have a booking. I came in only requesting a Tetanus shot however they insisted to attend to my deep cut. Wonderful team and a very positive experience.

I came with my client, doctors are excellent I rang the reception to make sure if the doctor is running late, I was informed that everything is going good and there wont be long wait but I had to wait for 1 hour. So the reception gave me wrong information. My client was quite agitated. Not a good experience. Please improve your admin and reception service

Dr consultation is good however long waiting every time and receptionist is not friendly and helpful.
