I made a big mistake to chose the doctor Dona Tilani Anushka Pereira. It was one the worst experience I had with a doctor. No humanity, she didn t want to listen what was my problem and she didn t want to write a mdical certificate for my insurance. She also wanted to do everything very quickly and the appointment took 5 minutes while it was supposed to take 30minuts. I recommend you to Never take your appointment with this person. However, the receptionnists are really nice.

Receptionist by the name of Kim is extremely rude, never in my life have I dealt with someone who is so unprofessional. Appalling behavior calling me miss overbearing for asking her to fix the invoice that was printed with an incorrect code instead of simply fixing the error and apologising for her mistake she proceeded to verbally attack and mock me. Truly disgusting.. she should not be employed anywhere especially customer facing role.
