Aramex Orange

I would love to give this a good rating, but I have had about 6-7 parcels delivered so far this year, and EVERY time I have to chase up the parcel, as it has been sitting at Aramex for 3-4 weeks (it takes 3 days to come from UK via Dubai then get through customs - then sits at Aramex for weeks). They are also terrible at updating the tracking on their app. The call centre is always polite and helpful, but I shouldn't have to ring every time.

Have had 4 parcels through aramex amd they have all taken months to arrive and have also had to go to a pick up spot to collect them to finally get them. If you can not ensure these parcels can be delivered within a reasonable time frame maybe you should not agree to take on these deliveries, the most recent parcel was 1 my partner purchased for my son for his mother's day present, it was bought with a guarantee to arrive before mother's day and was also purchased well in advance, it was out for delivery Friday and then didn't turn up with a msg they ran out of time and it would be delivered the next day, it is now Wednesday and is still not here with no communication as to where it is. Will be checking with sellers they don't ship with aramex before purchasing from now on.

My last delivery from these guys was over 2 months late the one before was two weeks late the driver messaged me and asked me to pick my parcel up from his house. I now have another parcel 1 week late no tracking updates nothing just sits at depot. You guys need to inform your ebay senders you cant handle delivery to rural NSW. Shocking service
