Very slow to get a quote as will only do them off request on their website. Emailed following up and got this message trying to be funny... just comes across as unprofessional. "I am currently out of the office and can be reached by waiting until I get back! Simples! The 1st week you are really going to miss me. The 2nd week you will have adapted to letting someone else help you The 3rd week you'll have stopped missing me And by the 4th week you'll have forgotten I even work here. If by chance I don't win lotto whilst I'm away I'll catch you all on the 28th Feb Karen "

Terrible communication. Refused to help. Had 500kg load delivered - they do not call to ask what the driveway is like. We have gravel driveway so were unable to get the package to where it needed to be. 39 weeks pregnant, needed to push trailers out the way (as they didn't call beforehand to advise of delivery) told I'll have to source a forklift locally (living in such a small town) already payed $550 for postage. Not even helpful in the slightest.... I mean surely they should call to advise what you need or what driveway you have ready to deliver effectively- we could have put timber down on the gravel if we knew they were coming and what was needed. Would never use this company again. Absolutely despicable. #reponse to owner - maybe you should try contacting the person you are delivering to. Get basic information from third party - Change your policies and process so it doesn't happen. Zero customer care; lame excuse to blame that it went through "third party". You aren't delivering to the third party you are delivering to me.
