After many years and multiple lenders who put me in the too hard basket due to the situation I was in with my renovation/extension, a work colleague put me onto Joshua. He told this would be a hard one to refinance and might need to go through a tier two lender due to the tough circumstances i had got my self into. Joshua was emailing me and txting me through the whole process even late in the evening confirming and telling me exactly what he was pushing for. Joshua ended up getting me a loan from one of the BIG4 lenders at an amazing interest rate, and all this was done in less than a week of first engaging Joshua for the refinance. After five years and 6 brokers I'm finally on the home stretch to completion. Thank you Joshua and team for all the hard work, going above and beyond, exceeding all expectations. Highly recommend!
