First home buyer experience: James worked his magic to help me and my partner settle our first IP. We were struggling with financing as the banks had undervalued our property due to COVID-19 affecting prices negatively on off the plan purchases. Not only did James find a solution to our unique situation, but he was excellent at demystifying all aspects of settlement. He had excellent communication and would always have time to talk through any of my concerns. I was recommended by a few friends to speak to James who all vouched for him and was not let down. He exceeded expectations, I will be recommending him for as long as he is practicing.

James really deserves more than 5 star. Truly amazing person having in depth knowledge of how the system works. Got our loan approved with lowest interest rates possible and within a very less time frame. Being a first home buyer there were many questions and doubts which James resolved calmly and happily. Would definitely recommend James to all my friends.
