Complete scam of a company. Offers low prices to get people to sign up then immediately sends multiple "you're electricity and gas bill will be doubled" by e-mail notice within the same quarterly billing cycle so they can end up easily charging you more than 10x the standard rate. They'll know you'll leave immediately but not before whacking you with a massive bill. Anyone giving them more than 1 star must be paid reviews. Dont touch this company even with a 10m pole. Stay far away.

Zero point. Fraud company, they accumulated customer then illegally raise price at the last month 5 times or even high than normal price. We already call the police , lawyer and the supervising authority . The behind people were doing this many times, the lawyerss purpose is to find that people and send him in prison. Otherwise they use another company to do this after this one broke.

I am highly recommended this energy service. First impression is the staff is so friendly and helpful; Mint- Sirinuch Khammat is the best ever with her customer services. I work on weekdays from 8am - 5pm thought that without the call centre I would never been able to get this done but Mint has put on all her efforts and took herself out of the way to service me after hours with patients and understanding. The second impression; Mint was providing me with all the information and suggested plans that match up with my usage so clearly. She showed me the usage chart and approximate charges will be for my plan. With these the company not only get a good product but a great team player too. Thank you heaps, Pam

This started out as a great deal until they TRIPLED the price. They claim that we were notified, but its strange how I have every email except that one??? Definately on my "NEVER AGAIN" list. I wasted hundreds of dollars on this.
