    I wish I had checked reviews before switching to this company. I was guaranteed lower bills and now I have received a bill triple what I normally pay. Response from team member "we have been under estimating" this is correct amount! Heading back to my old provider. Avoid this company!

    So its been over 5 weeks and no contact. Do not use this company. Youll think your bills are good etcthen if you leave they slam you with a massive bill!! Stay with ORIGIN or whoever you have now. If it seems to good to be true it is! Two weeks without contact. Shonky rubbish company SIX DAYS WITHOUT CONTACT. Their replies to reviews are shonky as their company. Still no contact. They write these responses so there assume your issue has been solved. They dont contact! They just keep writing the same response!! Be warned. They DO NOT RECTIFY THE SITUATION STILL NO CONTACT STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED TO RECTIFY SITUATION! You will think the bills are well priced etc etc etc until you go to close account or move and they will sting you with a massive bill!!! They WILL NOT RECTIFY IT. DO NOT CHANGE TO THIS COMPANY Total scam of a company!! I had an account with NECTAR in QLD from September last year to now. I am being deployed OS so had to close the account. After having bills of around $65 a month (the same as the person did who lived in the unit before me)I received a final bill of $711!!! I was not even therefor the final month! I travelled for work and was often away for half of the billing month. I had gas hot water, did not own a computer and did not use heating! My only electricity usage was my fridge, lights and sometimes a small air con unit. NECTAR stated they had done an actual reading for the first month but estimated the months after that. How could my monthly use have gone from 4.0 to 12+??? They did not provide any explanation and Im stunned by their attitude. I will NEVER go with this company and WARN others off using it! Crooks, scammers and thieves! My last unit had electric hot water and ducted air on and was around 80 a month this company is charging me the amount three to four people would use that are at their home all month! DISGUSTING!!!
