        Stayed a few nights for a trip last month. The staff at reception were very kind and helpful the entire stay- were able to check me in early in consideration of my schedule. Staff at the Sienna cafe, and cleaners had great customer service too. The room utilities may be basic but were neat, clean and operational. A great place to stay for overnight accomodation. Thank you, Travelodge Newcastle, for the hospitality and lovely experience.

        Stayed at the hotel from the 12th to 15th of May. Staff was very friendly, but the room I was in had a bad smell, the carpet was dirty there was mould in the bathroom and day to day room service was non existent. The bar was never open although there was a few tradies staying there over the weekend. Very disappointing when you think it's a 4 star hotel.
