        I love KX Pilates. It's improved both my physical and mental health. The trainers are knowledgeable and really friendly and I don't feel pressed to go beyond my abilities. I recommend trying KX if you're looking for a new reformer class.

        I always enjoy my classes here. All of the instructors are lovely and have a great understanding of the muscle groups and how to activate them. I wish I had of started reformer pilates in my 20s to be proactive and not reactive in my 40s. I come and go between Sydney & Melbourne so like having the option to be able to do classes in Miranda & Port Melbourne.
