        Went to Miranda store today and waited patiently for some attention. I had a beautiful magnetic necklace (interchangeable for bracelets) given to me by work colleagues recently after 27 years service. One section of necklace has lost its magnetic connection and I was hoping for some advice to repair it. I was abruptly told that Swarovski no longer do repairs! I was told to go elsewhere to a jeweller. I did just that - Pontifex at Southgate were very helpful and obliging to assist in anyway they could. So, my advice would be not to waste your money on Swarovski and go to a jeweller who has maintained customer service.
