Excellent customer service from Ms. Swati Tanna! She is very knowledgeable and has always been able to provide me with clear and concise information that helped me enormously make informed decisions about healthcare coverage for my family.

We wait around 45min to be attended and It would be enough for a negative review. However, Swati Tanna attended us without any rush and clarifying all our questions, even tough it was already 1:20pm (the store closes at 1pm on Saturdays). Employers like her are keepers and should be valued for the incredible costumer service they provide!

I have dealt with Swati Tanna on few occasions and so have my family members. One thing I must say about this lady is the level of customer service she has provided us have always been exceptional. She knows her products very well and knows how to talk to her customers. With Swati around I know we are in good hands. Thank you very much for making the processsoeasy.

I bought my first private health insurance policy in Australia from an excellent staff at Bupa Miranda. Her name is Swati Tanna. She was absolutely fantastic to talk to, very knowledgeable, and explained me the complete Australian medical system and the need to purchase private health insurance. The best part was her excellent customer service, offering promotional discounts, and patiently answering all my questions. And finally, even after purchasing the policy for 6 months now, she supports with all our additional questions, and after sales support as and when needed. Hats off to Swati for her great service!
