Booked in with the family and had Yi Wang test our eyes she was fantastic with us all and the lady out the front was also excellent and helped us with our selection of frames.

(After multiple visits) Such poor customer service. They dont acknowledge customers are waiting and act blind when you stand there. So rude and they all wear their masks under their nose or chin. Not hygienic at all. Ill switch to someone else.

My mother in law enquired to book her optical appointment at this member's first location which was 8km from her place of residence, (which is NOT a lockdown LGA) and the optometrist refused her services saying you can only go within 5km from your home. She then had to pay more elsewhere to claim for an assessment and new prescription.

Many thanks to the manager Tomasz , very professional advices and I love my new glasses. Yes, it's more expensive than other optical shops, but the quality is very high. You get what you pay for. Highly recommended this shop and especially Tomasz.
