OPSM Miranda

Had a really friendly and helpful visit and was given some really good advice, the glasses i had before from another optician, i kept tripping over things and found it hard to walk down stairs, here they set the glasses up and let me walk around, so i know i will get a pair of glasses i can see properly with, and will also protect my eyes from the sun. Very happy and the lady who served me who was really friendly and helpful.

I've been having problems with my eyes for months and months. Saw Dan at Miranda OPSM and with his knowledge, expertise and perseverance they are the best they've been for ages!

The front-of-house staff could really be more friendly and welcoming. There seems to be a lack of enthusiasm/motivation. It feels as if they're somehow doing you a favour by offering their assistance. I presented with a very sore eye and asked to see an optometrist as an emergency but was turned away. I went to a competitor and was seen immediately. A lack in duty of care in my opinion. After having made an appointment, I returned two days later for follow-up care and the optometrist (Daniel) was very professional and offered great service and advice.

Had a great experience in OPSM with such efficient service and friendly staff. The optometrist explained things the best Ive ever heard.
