Honestly most useless company. Ordered work pants literally over a year ago. Paid $60 up front and was told Id receive a call to pick them up within the week. Of course with Covid and lockdown I understood this could be longer. Its been over a year and now of course they cant even find my details nor do they care about helping find where they wrote it in their book. Horrible customer service.

What a horrible customer service!!! First of all there were two girls chatting with each other instead of showing any attention to their customers. There were still 15mins left to close the store but one of the girl shouted saying we are closing and to leave the store! I understand that some stores close bit earlier than expected but still there is a manner to say that. Also,it was not like they were cleaning the store and customers were interrupting. Instead they were busy gossiping with each other till the end. I just saw other reviews which pretty much similar to what i felt about their horrible customer service. I feel sorry for their owner, maybe you are earning money but you dont know how many people are leaving your store without buying because of these horrible girls. As a previous retail employee, how much customers matters when it comes to any business. Please improve it otherwise at the end of the day you will regret.
