The interest and effort shown by Renee in helping my purchase was exemplary. Just looking at the items on the wrack - nothing seemed suitable. Renee however, was very helpful in sourcing appropriate product for gift purchase. Great effort Renee. Thank you!

I wouldn't say its a direct reflection of the brand more so the particular staff they had on during my trip to the Miranda store today. Buying multiple xmas gifts for both male and females before they put my purchases in to the bags after paying, i separated the mens from womens and asked if i could have them bagged separately. Another girl (blonde)interupted the girl serving me and said "sorry, we can't, we are running low very quickly" meanwhile i had just walked past a whole wall of the boxes stacked to my waist filled with these bags and was staring at an unopened bag of them right behind the girl. The girl serving me went very awkward and said i don't know whats going on but with a cringe look on her face as i told her pointing "I am literally looking at hundreds of bags having just walked past them if thats what you're going to stick with". I left the store okay but was thrown by her ordacity to lie so quickly. Company policy or not for these small paper bags. For a start if you're going to lie, be good at it and don't let customers catch you out on it. I wouldn't let this particular person and her morals be at the front of my store.
