He helped me with a very challenging situation where my rental Tesla lost its connectivity to BTS mobile network and I had the physical card left in the car while my phone didnt have NFC enabled being a rental car and the mobile app naturally could not open the car via data connection!!
He opened the car in a very professional manner and saved me towing and an extra day being wasted.
He is a very professional, friendly, down to earth fellow and very passionate about what he does that makes him the right person to take care of your car for you as he did for me!!
