There policies are an excuse not to exchange brand new shirts I have bought from total image which are not correct sizes, I have their shirts and there sizes are smaller compare to every other clothing shops sizes we get in australia. Be very aware of this company they trick you to buy and refuse guarentee to help you if you have problems with their items.

Never buy boots from them, I called them and they told me there import size is the same as australian size foot and once you buy and try and doesnt fit properly or causes blisters they refuse to refund and they are very dismissive to even care about the problems you have with their product
