Gosh, pretty dismal customer service. Have had to chase up on a refund multiple times with no response. Someone rang a couple of times but never left a message so just assumed it was spam. A response to one of my original emails may have been handy. And whoever I just spoke to on the phone, presumably the same girl who has been "trying" to ring me just hung up without even saying goodbye. Good grief. My original experience a couple of years ago having to wait weeks and weeks for my daughter's uniform items with next to no help or follow up too, was just as dismal. Wouldn't be using them unless I had to.

Absolutely great customer service and very helpful, theres fitting rooms which is great and handy for the kids, Im very happy with the quality of the uniforms Ive bought in the past right up till now.
