I had been following Carli Axfords Instagram site and became very interested in the Spinal Flow Technique and whether it could help me with a very long standing back problem. Im so grateful I found Mel through Carlis page. The minute I walked into her space, I felt calm and safe and that I was in the right place. I thought my body was going to be stuck in this closed painful way forever and now it is opening up again. It has given me hope and excitement about whats possible. Im so grateful to Mel and my body - its able to move in ways it hasnt in over 30 years. Im coming back to the me I had lost. Im confident we will be able to remove the blockages that are still there and I will continually be in awe of the process. I cant wait to see/feel what comes next.

I had a hip replacement 2 years ago and was suffering regular hip pain as well as mid back pain and an odd vertebrae sticking out as well. On the weekend I walked 44km completing the 6 foot track in the Blue Mountains. We walked from Jenolan Caves to Katoomba. I couldn't have done this walk without all the work did on my back, I'm so in love with her Spinal Flow technique.

I randomly came across Melanie through the Spinal Flow Practitioner page. I was very curious about how this would help me on my healing journey, as Ive tried many other healing modalities and felt like this is more of what my body was needing. Ive only had 3 sessions with her and I can feel such a positive shift in my energy, awareness and physical pains. This has been an amazing discovery and Melanie holds such a beautiful safe space in every session. Thank you so much !! x

I have been receiving spinal flow with Melanie for a couple of weeks now and am absolutely blown away at how amazing I feel. I hold a lot of tension in my body especially my back.. from past trauma and emotions. I also have a job that is extremely hard on my back so desperately needed help. I also felt like I wasnt connected to myself.. body and spiritual. Something that I have programmed myself to dodisconnect to survive. I knew it was time to get this sorted and after trying many things spinal flow has been the most effective and instant healing for me. Melanie is amazing, her whole energy is beautiful and calming so really helps you relax into it. After every session I not only see instant and outstanding results, but I feel more connected and somewhat taller. Not only physically but spiritually I feel more aligned. So far everything I was hoping for as an out come has exceeded my expectations and i cant wait to see the end result. I look forward to every session and I couldnt recommend Melanie enough.. she is amazing at what she does but the fact that she understands on a personal level everything that Im talking about is why I go beach every week.
