Every time I have an experience in one of Nid's sessions I come out richer than I went in. Every single time it's meaningful. She has a way of reading a room like no-one I've met. In her breath work sessions I feel seen and supported in a completely thoughtful way, yet I know when it comes to it if I need to shift something significant I can lean in on her strength and structure to move me through it. She can see what I need and she has my back. It's so important to feel the strength of the person holding the room. And I feel it. She's incredibly strong, and subtle. I really respond to that combination. I've been with her for numerous breath work ceremonies and will continue through many more. I've also just recently participated in a retreat which was heaven. No expectations, nothing to "do". I thought I knew what that felt like, but I didn't. I felt more eased and connected just to myself than I have in a long time. I have the utmost respect, admiration and appreciation for Nid. If you have the chance to experience anything with her - take it!
