I trained with Gabriel yesterday and loved the session. Not only was it extremely effective and time efficient, he made it fun, he really listened to what I wanted to get out of my session and tailored it to my needs and modified if I had any injuries. That takes real skill. Gabriel is the real deal when it comes to personal trainers. Fun, incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring, keeps you accountable and will help you to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals. Thanks so much Gabs! Cant wait for the next session.

Gab is an awesome personal trainer! His vast knowledge and attention to details has helped me realise my form needs to improve. He has created a fantastic training plan tailored around my fitness goals and I have already seen some great results in the short term (improved strength, balance and core engagement). I had a couple of injuries this year and Gab spent an entire session assessing my mobility in order to avoid unnecessary stress to the healing areas! Id highly recommend Gabs guidance and expertise, no matter what your fitness goal is!

My partner and I have been training with Gabriel for the past 5 weeks. We try to fit in 5 sessions a week to maximise results in a short time frame. Gabriel has revolutionised the way we work out by focusing on strength training in the areas we have ignored in the past. My posture has improved beyond all recognition and my partner has the strongest abs ever. The sessions are fun, varied and most of all planned with thought using Gabriels years of expertise. Gabriel brings many disciplines to our training using traditional methods combined with yoga and lots of stretching. We love Gabriel .. hes the best and we would recommend him very highly.
